Our Story: How We Got Here
The Beginning
Dean Oliver, Tim Little, and Tony Gipson grew up together as friends in Franklin County, TN. After college, the three friends worked in the defense, space and rocket industry.
OLG Engineering
In 1995, Oliver Little Gipson Engineering, Inc. was born as a as a full-service engineering firm in Tullahoma in 1995.
Rapid Growth
The firm grew quickly as their customers tapped their engineering expertise to design industrial facilities, warehouses, schools, jails, and more.
