Meet the experienced professionals who are OLG Services.

Dean Oliver, PE

Dean has over 35 years of design and construction experience in the commercial, industrial, education, religious, governmental, and correctional arenas. Prior to OLG he was Special Systems Engineer at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. Dean has led several projects as G.C. principal with OLG Services, including the renovation and expansion of Franklin Farmers Co-op. He is a licensed mechanical engineer in several states.

Tim Little, PE

Tim has over 35 years of project experience in new construction and renovation. He provides QC on construction management projects for OLG Services, applying his design experience with utilities (water, wastewater, and gas), plumbing, and HVAC systems for religious, governmental, commercial, industrial, institutional, educational, and medical facilities. Before OLG, he worked for NASA at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville. He is a licensed mechanical engineer in four states.

Tony Gipson, PE

With over 35 years of experience in the design and construction fields, Tony provides electrical QC on construction management projects for OLG Services. His project experience includes power distribution systems, lighting, fire alarm systems, lightning protection systems, and communication systems. He also has experience with control systems including PLCs, computer-based systems, and distributed control systems. Prior to OLG, Tony worked for several years at Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) in Tullahoma. He is a licensed electrical engineer in several states.

Tyler Medley

Tyler is a mechanical engineer with over 10 years of mechanical engineering design and construction experience. He also has his contractor’s license and he currently serves as Construction Manager for OLG Services. With extensive background in engineering, Tyler provides in-depth supervision, inspection, and support with his key responsibilities including management of the project’s subcontractors and client’s construction team, monitoring of project work to conformance with plans and specifications, and oversight of quality assurance. His certifications include OSHA 30 and Storm-water (EPSC Level 1).

Joe Sheetz

Joe has over 7 years of architectural design and project management experience and currently serves as Pre-Construction Manager for OLG Services. Joe’s responsibilities consist of overseeing project acquisition, contract management and company administration. A few of his key responsibilities include developing project budgets and agreements, coordinating “hand-off ” procedures between OLG’s Pre-Construction and Construction teams. Joe also works closely with the client and Construction team to maintain a project’s budget health ensuring cost variances are kept to a minimum. His certifications include OSHA 30 and Storm-water (EPSC Level 1).

Daniel Steifel

Daniel has 5 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer and serves as a Project Manager for OLG Services. He develops and maintains project schedules, monitors construction teams and contractors, and confirms a project’s compliance to plans and specifications.

Jason Thomas

Jason has over 10 years of industrial construction and manufacturing experience and serves as a Project Manager for OLG Services. He develops and maintains project schedules, monitors construction teams and contractors, and confirms a project’s compliance to plans and specifications. Jason possesses keen client management skills and focuses on delivering results that meet or exceed the client’s expectations.

Carl Mount

Carl is VP of Business Development for OLG Services. He has over 35 years of construction, business development, and executive leadership experience. He leads our strategy to transform OLG Services into a premier design/build and construction management company. He develops and maintains relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the project team fully grasps the project’s objectives.

Matthew Martinez

Matt Martinez is a skilled project manager with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, automation, and program leadership across the automotive and industrial sectors. He currently serves as a Project Manager at OLG Services, where he leads key construction and engineering projects from planning through execution. Matt is responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety. His certifications include OSHA 30.

Troy Briesch

Troy is a seasoned construction professional with over two decades of hands-on experience as a Commercial Superintendent. His portfolio includes a wide variety of projects—from ground-up construction and complex renovations for big-box retailers and grocery chains to healthcare facilities requiring strict compliance with operational and safety standards. Troy has also overseen the construction of large-scale distribution centers, managing everything from site development to MEP integration, and has worked closely with faith-based organizations on the unique requirements of church construction and renovations. His certifications include OSHA 30.

Dan Thomas

Daniel Thomas is a skilled maintenance and fabrication professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in industrial and construction environments. He currently serves as a Superintendent at OLG Services in Tullahoma, Tennessee, where he is responsible for overseeing daily operations on active job sites. In this role, Daniel ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and client expectations. He works closely with subcontractors, field crews, and project managers to maintain schedules, resolve on-site challenges, and deliver high-quality results. His certifications include OSHA 30.

Jeff Perry

Jeff Perry is an experienced construction professional with more than 18 years in public and private sector projects, complemented by a strong foundation in safety, security, and leadership. Over the course of his career, he has served as a superintendent, foreman, and lead carpenter, overseeing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and managing site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards. He holds OSHA 30 certification and is CPR/First Aid trained.

DeAndra Caroland

DeAndra brings 25 years of accounting experience to the OLG Services administrative team.As Controller, she is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She prepares monthly and annual financial statements, tracks job costs, and meets weekly with OLG project managers to ensure our clients’ needs are met within their scope and budget.

Betty Lee

Betty Lee is a dedicated administrative professional with extensive experience in office management, accounting, and customer service across legal, commercial, and industrial settings. She currently serves as an Administrative Specialist at OLG Services, where she supports project operations through invoice processing, financial record-keeping, and document coordination. Betty plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between field teams and internal staff while maintaining organized and efficient office workflows.
