Marshall Co. Admin Building

This adaptive reuse project transformed a single existing structure into two distinct and functional spaces. The front entrance was completely redesigned to enhance accessibility and now meets ADA compliance standards. Interior modifications included the construction of new partition walls and the installation of modern restroom facilities. A new rear sidewalk was added to provide each space with a separate and code-compliant secondary egress. OLG Services served as the general contractor, overseeing and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish.
