As part of Bulleit Bourbon’s 5-year expansion plan, OLG provided design and construction management for Warehouses 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10. OLG’s value engineering efforts saved the owner $3 million in comparison to two previous warehouses constructed by another contractor.
