Dickel Warehouses

OLG Services provided construction management for five large warehouses for Diageo’s Dickel operations. This project consisted of proprietary and sensitive equipment and systems inherent to the operations of George Dickel Distillery.  The facility consisted of a 50,000 SF warehouse for storage of palletized barrels.  Due to the alcohol vapors present in the warehouse all equipment was rated for Class I, Division I service and a complete coverage, lightning protection system was installed.
